Kinship Care: Grand Families Count

A Look at Kinship Care

All across the United States, millions of children are being raised by relatives who have taken on the role of caregiver. Unlike foster care parents, many of these relative caregivers have little or no outside financial support for raising these children. This is an issue that affects many Idahoans as well. Idaho Voices for Children is partnering with Casey Family Programs in Idaho to research the development of kinship care supports.
